The internationally acclaimed Kahurangi Maori Dance Theatre of New Zealand makes its U.S. debut at the Capitol Center for the Arts! With drama and pageantry, Waka, featuring 22 dancers and musicians, tells the story of the many journeys of a great canoe built in the 11th century.

It is an epic tale of tribal warfare and bonding, one that help shape the history of one of the most magnificent countries in the world.
