Proceeds will be going to Halau Hula 'O Na Mele 'Aina 'O Hawai'i, a New York City based halau hula (hula school) who will compete in Hawaii at the WIHF 2009. Taught by Luana Haraguchi for 41 years, this has been one way Hawaiian culture can be perpetuated outside of the islands.
